Your honey jar is unique! Batches may slightly vary (i.e. color, taste, texture, taste). You can rest assured that these differences are due to the natural state of the honey and do not indicate compromised quality.
We can only accept returns of unused and re-sellable items, in their original packaging, with original Airborne Honey receipt, within 21 days from the receipt of your shipment. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee.
We will dispatch products as soon as possible after your order is completed. Allow 5 – 7 business days for delivery.
